Syberia (2002)
The 2002 adventure game Syberia is a classic in the gaming world. It follows the story of Kate Walker, an American lawyer who is sent to a remote village in Europe to finalize the sale of an old automaton factory. Along the way, she meets a variety of characters and experiences a range of emotions.
Syberia also contains a few sexual moments. One of the most memorable is when Kate meets the eccentric inventor Hans Voralberg. A woman is having an affair with the main character's fiancé. The details are spoken over the phone, and aren't that graphic.

In a couple options on the main menu screen, a naked female automotan is seen on the right hand side of the screen. Her bare breasts and nipples are shown. Non-sexual.
Naked mannequins with breasts and nipples are shown in one quick and eerie part of the game, yet are mostly shaded over. Brief and non-sexual.
One of the main themes of the game is how a woman is slowly detaching herself from her family and becoming estranged to her boyfriend. While it is not explicit, sexual undertones are hinted through the conversation regularly, later including the main character's fiancé becomes sexually involved with another woman due to their detachment (see the warning above).
Two naked men sitting in a hot-tub exchange innuendous dialogue to eachother while they play chess. However, this only happens if the player clicks on them for interaction. Otherwise, they come across as men bathing and playing chess. They are only seen from the waist up.
