You may accidentally interrupt two people having sex. Nothing sensitive is shown it is very quick and can be avoided. This can be avoided and you never see it again afterwards.
A couple can be found while free roaming. They're revealed to be siblings and they flirt with each other, referencing an incestuous relationship. No actual sex or nudity, but can be uncomfortable.
There is no sexual content in the open world except for male nudity but it is all censored out.
Inappropriate content can be removed and can be avoided.
In a mission you will open a door to a man using the toilet. Only part of his butt is visible, Very mild.
If you go back to the braithwaites after it burned down you will see a naked woman's dead body (Includes buttocks, bare breasts and pubic hair.)

There is an optional scene which implies the main character has been raped. He knocks you out and then you wake up in the forest and feel painful. It is only later in the game that you realize what has happened. Most people just think that they have been robbed. It is very hard to understand and most people dont even know that is what happened.
