The housemaid and her man meet frequently as he makes his food deliveries to the house. He is seen to kiss her, and fondles her underneath her skirt. At night, they have sex in her bed. They are seen together naked, kissing. Sex is implied. Nudity includes bare breasts and bare chest. One day, he mistakes another woman for her and mistakenly believes she has cheated on him. Housemaid becomes pregnant with his child and delivers a child. Labor is shown without nudity.

Man's wife consults with a recommended fertility doctor. After initial confusion when he assumes she's looking for an abortion, she indicates she wants to bear her husband a son. He then leads her to the next room in which there is a bed. He tells her to get on her back or her front and starts undo his belt, but is interrupted when she slaps him and stomps out. This evidently an early form of "sperm donation."
