Superhero Movie (2008) is a hilarious parody of the superhero genre, and it is full of sexual moments. From the opening scene, where the main character, Rick Riker, is seen in his underwear, to the many jokes about sex throughout the movie, it is clear that this movie is not afraid to tackle the subject of sex.
The movie follows Rick Riker, a nerdy high school student who is bitten by a genetically altered dragonfly and gains superpowers. As he learns to use his powers, he also learns to use them for the opposite sex. In one scene, he uses his super speed to get a date with the girl of his dreams, and in another, he uses his super strength to impress a group of girls at a party.
The movie also features a number of sexual innuendos and jokes. In one scene, Rick's best friend, Trey, is seen trying to pick up a girl at a club. When she asks him what he does for a living, he replies, "I'm a superhero." The girl then responds, "Oh, so you're like a super stud?" Trey then replies, "No, I'm more like a super hero."
The movie also features a number of other sexual moments, such as when Rick's uncle, Lou, is seen in a compromising position with a woman in a hot tub. There is also a scene where Rick's arch-nemesis, Lou's son, Lance, is seen trying to seduce a woman in a bar.

A boy who is hanging upside down and a girl are about to kiss when the ladder he is hanging from drops so that their faces are aligned with each other's crotches, she pushes him back up only for him to disappear and stand behind her so they can kiss passionately, as it rains we see that they both have prominently erect nipples. (This scene lasts for about 45 seconds)
During the opening credits of the movie, a camera shows a close-up of a boy tugging on the crotch of his tights.
Lots of voyeurism involving teenagers, the girl next door who is wearing a bra and panties slides down a pole while a boy is watching through a window. A boy takes a picture up the skirt of a girl. He then keeps watching as she unhooks her bra to reveal that she is wearing another bra underneath. Then holds up several different pairs of panties as if choosing which one to wear, while a young man watches her through a window, she then makes a homemade thong out of dental floss.
A boy accidentally does voyeurism to a fat man across from his window as he rubs lotion onto his large "man boobs" like a woman, we later see the same boy accidentally tearing off the pants and shirt off the same fat man, we see his man boobs and boxer shorts. Then the boy falls on his female Principal, he gets his hands stuck to her clothed chest (which are actual large breasts this time), he tears off sections of her nipple areas leaving two holes that reveal her bra texture underneath.
A man who is trying to shove and stuff an old woman's corpse into a closet appears to an observing janitor to be sodomizing an old lady.
A sleeping old woman farts endlessly, which causes a girl to plug her nose by inserting two tampons in her nostrils.
An hourglass-like explosive device adheres to a boy's crotch (in a way that looks like an erection), and he attempts to convince a girl to remove it. He then attacks the sitting bomb-thrower by sacrificially putting his crotch in a man's face so the bomb can obliterate him.
