Idiocracy (2006) is a science fiction comedy film directed by Mike Judge. The movie follows the story of an average Joe, played by Luke Wilson, who is sent to the future and finds himself in a world where the human race has become incredibly stupid.

One of the most memorable scenes is when Luke Wilson's character is asked to give a speech to a group of people in a bar. He begins his speech by saying, "I'm here to talk about sex." This line gets a huge laugh from the audience and sets the tone for the rest of the movie.
