Althouth Gta online comes with this, it is an entirely different game and much milder. The story mode is severe, but not gta online.
Crude references are rarely made. Not as bad as most comedy movies nowadays. Quite tame and are used for comedic effect. Every time they are in cutscenes, which can be skipped at the will of the player.
Michael draws a penis as a joke, very easy to miss.

In the cutscene before the mission scouting the port its possible to see Trevors butt for a split second
In the loading screen, there can sometimes be a woman wearing a bikini.
Everything is pretty much banned in the America version
About halfway through the campaign a player has to live inside of a strip club. So when you switch to him he's 90% of the time in the strip club. To walk out you must pass dancers in their bikini's
In story mode and online you can get hookers in your car to perform oral sex or decide to have vaginal sex.
In the stripclub you can get dancers to take you to their private room for a dance. In online they're topless so you can see their breasts. Also in online you can get their phone number and you can call them to come dance in your house
There is one scene in which butts are briefly shown in the campaign, but this is not present in the European, Brazilian, Korean, American, Canadian and Australian retail versions of the game due to conflict between Rockstar and the ERSB Board for Children's Safety
There're women on the street that look like strippers, they are fully clothed. You cannot interact with them.
When switching to a new character sometimes they are in the shower. Not graphic or sexual whatsoever, you only see the characters back.
