She is naked, but nothing is shown and it isn't sexual in any way. 3) Buffalo Bill dances in front of a camera naked, but his penis and penis hair aren't seen. 4) The entire film revolves around a killer who skins women to make a suit out of their skin. This suit is shown, without clothes on it, on a mannequin. However, it is out of focus, in the background and is only there for under a second. Overall the nudity is mild, as nothing is actually shown, just implied.
A decomposing, nude female body is briefly seen on an autopsy table. Sensitive nudity isn't very noticeable.
