As with most depictions of Adam and Eve, they are assumed naked. Their butts can be seen on a few occasions. No private body parts can be seen, with two exceptions: 1. Adam is sitting on a beach, and some pubic hair can be seen. He sculpts a female figure in the sand; rain washes away the sand and Eve sits up, her breasts and nipples can be seen. 2. Soon after that, Adam and Eve walk together. They turn toward the camera, but are standing at a distance. Eve's breasts and pubic hair, and Adam's penis and pubic hair can be seen, but from far away.
Everyone in the film is wearing a loin cloth. Native women can be seen topless, never for very long.
There are three sex scenes the first two are very quick, one between Adam and Eve, the other between Bearkiller and Eve. In both Eve is laying on the ground and the guy comes up behind her and kisses her. These two don't last long and are only shown from the shoulders up. The third scene is between Adam and Eve. They both take off their clothes (nothing too private can be seen), move toward each other and kiss, the scene cuts away. It is later revealed that Eve is pregnant.
