The Kids Are Alright (1979)

During an interview, someone mentions that it is hot, so Keith Moon starts taking his clothes off (he does this to joke around and be zany/funny). There is a momentary shot of him in just his underwear, but it cuts away quickly (later he has his clothes back on).

In the movie, you see a quick scene in which Keith Moon gets whipped by a women with leather panties and no shirt except a vest that is unbuttoned. It is revealing and you can see her breasts. It is implied to be funny, however some people might find it offensive.
