There is a scene in which a man spends time with a tribal group, the tribal women's breasts and bare buttocks are shown in a non sexual manner. This sequence is not handled in the style of Natural Geographic however, since the main character seems to be sexually involved with her.

A guard tells a man to try and masturbate as little as possible.

There is also a homosexual confrontation, a man gropes inside another mans pants.
