The Little Mermaid (1975)
The Little Mermaid, released in 1975, is a classic Disney movie that has been beloved by generations of children and adults alike. While the movie is often remembered for its beautiful animation and catchy songs, it also contains some surprisingly sexual moments.
The first of these moments comes when Ariel, the titular Little Mermaid, is first seen in the movie. She is shown swimming in a provocative manner, with her body undulating in a suggestive way. This scene has been interpreted by some as a subtle reference to the sexual awakening of a young woman.
The second sexual moment in the movie comes when Ariel is transformed into a human. She is shown wearing a tight-fitting dress that accentuates her curves, and she is seen dancing in a seductive manner. This scene has been interpreted by some as a metaphor for the transition from childhood to adulthood, and the sexual awakening that comes with it.
The third sexual moment in the movie comes when Ariel and Prince Eric share their first kiss. This scene has been interpreted by some as a metaphor for the power of love and the physical connection between two people.
Finally, the fourth sexual moment in the movie comes when Ariel and Prince Eric are seen in bed together. This scene has been interpreted by some as a metaphor for the physical intimacy that comes with a romantic relationship.
Overall, The Little Mermaid contains several subtle sexual moments that can be interpreted in different ways. While these moments may be too subtle for some viewers, they are an important part of the movie and help to add depth and complexity to the story.
All of the mermaids are naked throughout the movie. They are all very young so their breasts aren't fully developed and are normally obscured by their hair. There are however a few times where they are not covered and very small black dots are visible representing their nipples. The scene where the little mermaid changes into a human is fairly revealing.
This is however, only true for the original release of the film. In the DVD re-release of the film, it was edited to remove the frames that show their nipples.
