Conan Exiles (2017)

On the PC version, the player can choose between three levels of nudity. These are None, Partial and Full Nudity. If Full Nudity is selected, full male and female nudity will be shown. If Partial is selected, female breasts will be shown.

On console versions of the game, there is no nudity in the base game. There is an optional free DLC which adds nudity into the game.
