The henchmen who are standing by the set can also be heard explicitly commenting on the actress and how they saw her film a threesome with 2 men.
There are also infrequent depictions of homosexual intimacy, where the player may encounter same-gender characters engaged in kissing, groping and hugging.
A optional mission shows male nudity, but this can be easily avoided.

During gameplay, the player may also encounter girls in skimpy outfits around bars and pubs, but you cannot interact with them.
