While there isn't any actual sex or nudity, there is a highly pornographic and sexually suggestive and explicit dance number performed in the film.

There is also a scene where it is strongly implied that the actress is going to come out of the water nude, but emerges in a swimming suit. The way the whole scene is filmed would fit better in the and really doesn't fit a legitimate film.
