This is an educational program, but it is about sex. A couple (apparently a real-life married couple, judging from the credits) is shown cuddling and kissing at several points throughout the show. They end up kissing in an elevator, then as they arrive at their apartment, she kicks off her shoes and they undress. During the last fifteen minutes of the program, they are shown embracing and kissing passionately in bed, obviously having simulated(?) sex (they are presumably nude, though no private parts are shown in this scene). This scene is interspersed with others in which animated diagrams are shown and an elderly doctor comments on sexual behavior. The couple in bed kisses mostly on the lips, but he also kisses her neck, and then the camera discreetly shows them in long shot, during which the man may be kissing her breast, but we can't tell because of the way the film is shot. The couple grows more and more excited as the narrator in voiceover talks about approaching orgasm. Sound effects are left in, we hear blankets rustling as they are pulled, and a tiny bit of soft moaning under the narration. The woman is heard breathing heavily before and after orgasm - the actual orgasm itself is not shown. She smiles at her significant other afterwards and they kiss again.
There is much kissing on this program - every few minutes we see a couple kissing - and some love biting. Most of the people shown are real-life couples, judging from the way they act and speak.
One couple conducts their interview entirely in bed, and they appear to be nude, although they may have been wearing something under the blankets.
All private parts are shown mostly in digitally photographed film. These are never before seen actual films of the interior of a male and female's reproductive organs. They are not animated, they are the real thing.
One couple enters an MRI machine for an experimental CAT scan of sexual intercourse, and they lie in the missionary position, wearing flimsy hospital garments. Apparently they have sex while being CAT-scanned, although no moaning, heavy breathing, or nudity is included in this scene; it is difficult to tell if they really are having sex. The machine takes X-rays of what is happening inside their bodies. It is a scientific experiment, but the woman clearly finds it amusing.
