Mayhem (2017)
Mayhem is a 2017 action-horror movie directed by Joe Lynch and starring Steven Yeun and Samara Weaving. The movie follows Derek Cho (Yeun), a corporate lawyer who is framed for a crime he didn't commit and is forced to fight his way out of a quarantined building filled with dangerous criminals.
While Mayhem is primarily an action-horror movie, it also contains some surprisingly explicit sexual moments. In one scene, Derek and Melanie (Weaving) are seen passionately making out in an elevator while they are being chased by a group of criminals. The scene is surprisingly graphic and is sure to shock viewers who are expecting a more traditional action-horror movie.

Another where a man and woman are having sex over a desk, where the man is standing behind the woman as she is bent forward. You can see him moving and thrusting, but this too is shot from a distance but there's no sounds and last a few seconds. (It was confirmed that it was unsimulated sex between a couple in real life.)
Some graphic sexual references to numerous sexual altercations, etc.
There is a sexual scene between Derek and Melanie. No nudity, though there is a layer or so that comes off, and underwear can be seen.
