A character named Ellie has comically large breasts with little cleavage shown. In the DLC "Tiny Tina's Assault On Dragon Keep" however, the player has the option to give her a small metal bikini. If done so, Ellie will put it on and will show off a LOT of her breasts (this's only if you give her the armor.)

A character name Moxxi is known in the community as an attractive character with large breasts and a lot of cleavage.

Enemies occasionally use suggestive language.
