the film is about the brutal beating and rape of a woman in Central park in the 1980s and the five men who were falsely convicted of the crime. As such there is mention of rape and sexual assault, but no graphic descriptions. However in one scene there is an image of nudity, in recounting the events of the trial. Pictures of the jury show two of them holding pictures of the jogger naked in the hospital. In one of the pictures her bare breasts are visible, and in another her pubic hair is shown. These images appear on screen only briefly and are easily missed however.
