Killer Instinct (1994)

Black Orchid's outfit is a skintight, jade-colored leotard that hugs her curvaceous body.

One of Orchid's finishers involves her ripping the front of her leotard open and exposing her breasts to her opponent (her back is to the gamer's eyesight, so nothing overt is shown). The defeated party reacts with comically extended eyes before suffering a fatal heart attack.

One of Eyedol's attacks is stabbing his opponent in the groin area (Orchid included...) with the head of his club.
