There's a scene of sodomy between men. There are scenes of totally or partially erect penises; they appear real, participants in the film making indicated that erect penis was done with prosthetic. With an exception, all actors show perfectly shaved bodies, genitalia included.
The main scene of erection (using a prosthetic) occurs towards the middle of the movie. The man is caressing the woman's clothed crotch and when he stands; the woman puts a red ribbon on the prosthetic penis. The scene lasts for many seconds and you can see all in every detail. Then they proceed to simulating intercourse (in different positions) totally naked. According to participants in the film there was no genital to genital contact and scenes are, as is normal, filmed with multiple cuts, allowing for changes of camera angle, lighting, mic placement, and, of course, placement of modesty shields between the actors.
