Colin is not fully nude, but in his underwear in this scene, and uses his hands to cover his (implied) erection.

Marilyn is sick for two nights, and Colin sleeps with her (they don't have sex). They cuddle, with Colin clothed and Marilyn (implied) naked covered by sheets. She takes a bath the next morning in front of Colin, her bare legs and shoulders seen, covered in soap.
A student at an all male boarding school makes a joke to Marilyn that she can whip him anytime. She responds by kissing him on the cheek.
