Shin Kamen Rider: Prologue (1992)

Have not actually watched the full movie, though websites suggest there is nudity in the film.

From what I see, at the first 5 minutes of the film, there is a woman is violently attacked by a Kamen Rider, and her bra is exposed after the assault, with wounds ranging from her half-exposed breast to her legs.
