The main characters, having been given a hallunciagen without their knowledge, begin to have an hallucination as Barbie like dolls. This sequence is animated. They eventually strip naked, given that they are visualized as Barbie-like dolls with the standard vague anatomical construction, so their bodies aren't at all detailed and nothing explicit is shown. Two girls are kissing in a bathroom and strip naked besides their bras. They begin to have sex, shown only from the top up where they are still wearing bras, but the actions being performed are discussed. They get quickly interrupted before fully engaging in sex though.
