Goon is a 2011 Canadian sports comedy film directed by Michael Dowse and starring Seann William Scott, Jay Baruchel, and Alison Pill. The film follows the story of Doug Glatt, a bar bouncer who is recruited to join a minor league hockey team as an enforcer. While the movie is primarily a sports comedy, it also contains some surprisingly explicit sexual moments.
The first sexual moment in the movie occurs when Doug and his friend Pat are at a bar. Pat is trying to pick up a woman, and Doug is trying to help him. Doug ends up making a pass at the woman, and the two end up making out in the middle of the bar. This scene is played for laughs, but it still contains some surprisingly explicit sexual content.
The second sexual moment in the movie occurs when Doug and his girlfriend Eva are in bed together. Eva is trying to seduce Doug, and the two end up having sex. This scene is also played for laughs, but it contains some surprisingly explicit sexual content.
The third sexual moment in the movie occurs when Doug and his rival Ross are in the locker room. Ross is trying to intimidate Doug, and the two end up in a fight. During the fight, Ross grabs Doug's crotch, and the two end up in a passionate embrace. This scene is also played for laughs, but it contains some surprisingly explicit sexual content.
Overall, Goon contains some surprisingly explicit sexual moments. While the movie is primarily a sports comedy, these moments add an extra layer of depth to the film. They also provide some much-needed levity in an otherwise serious movie.
Two men are seen holding pornographic magazines, the camera focuses on a close up of a woman genitalia in graphic detail, the man stares at it for a few seconds.
A man has sex with a woman who is bent over a table: we see a portion of her bare breasts as the man continues to thrust and three older men watch when the man gives them a thumbs up and continues to have sex with the woman.
A man opens a door, we see another man on top of a topless woman (her bare breasts are visible) and sex is implied.
A man asks a woman if she would like to kiss, and the man and the woman kiss passionately until the woman pulls away. We see a man and a woman kissing passionately.
Two women and a man kiss, the man pulls away and watches the two women kiss passionately.
Several people watch as two young men kiss, and one man lifts the other and spins him around.
Two men wearing underwear and jock straps crudely thrust against a man's hockey goalie helmet as they make crude remarks about the man's mother's genitals and having sex with her (we see pictures taped to the helmet and they are presumably the helmet owner's mother).
A man wearing nothing but brief-style underwear asks another man if he had ever masturbated while high on drugs; the man then puts on a robe and walks away, implying that he's is going to masturbate.
There is also very crude sexual references throughout the film, especially by Ryan. Every line that comes out of his mouth bar a few, are full of vulgar terms.
