Papillon Rose (2006)

Considerably less sexual than the OVA it is based on

Characters wear skimpy outfits when transformed. Some cleavage on other characters and villains.

The main girls yell the word "erection" as part of their transformation. Example: "Rose Papillon, Erection!"

It is implied one of the girls is a little loose and sleeps around. This is never really explored and is only passingly brought up a couple times

One of the objects the villains are chasing is a rock that vaguely resembles a breast, on of the villains almost mentions this but is cut off.

Besides the outfits there is nothing here worse than a standard magical girl show.
