City Island (2009)

In her car, woman makes out with a man who, unknown to her, is her husband's adult son (by another woman). Fully clothed, she straddles him, reclines the seat and they continue to passionately kiss. She begins undoing his belt, but he stops her from going any further.
A woman admits to her husband that she "felt passion" and was "touched and felt." She later finds out the man was actually husband's son by another woman.
