The movie opens with a naked Bronson shadow boxing in a cell, full frontal nudity is visible if you look closely enough. We see Bronson naked in a similar context for altogether maybe 2 or 3 scenes. The cell is dark so you have to look very closely to see any real nudity. (unlike the female nudity shown clearly for a long time)
A man is squatting down in a robe and is holding his hand behind him. He defecates in his hand supposedly (not shown) and smears his feces on one side of his face that is not visible. We do not see him defecate, it's more odd and creepy than anything. No nudity.
Bronson strips down in his cell and we see him fully nude for several minutes. He forces a guard to rub butter on him, however the guard is not seen rubbing the butter on genitals. Afterwards new guards open the cell door and rush Bronson. This scene starts at 1:04:22 and ends at 1:05:43.
Towards the ending. Bronson is fully nude while covered in black paint. We see his buttocks and genitals for several minutes, however, not throughout the scene.
