There is a sex scene at the beginning of the film that is quite explicit. Bare breasts and thrusting are shown. The only sex scene is at the beginning of the movie, and while there is a thrusting motion noted, the only nudity is bare breasts and a very very brief side bum. Even when the creature lifts the victims, there is no genitalia shown from either sex
