The Road to Wellville (1994)
The Road to Wellville is a 1994 comedy-drama film directed by Alan Parker and starring Anthony Hopkins, Bridget Fonda, Matthew Broderick, John Cusack, and Dana Carvey. The film follows the story of a young couple, John and Eleanor, who travel to a health spa in the early 20th century to improve their health. The above mentioned woman goes to the doctor (who in reality is just a perverted man and con artist) who has the woman get on a table. He then massages her privates and supposedly she has several orgasms. (No nudity is seen)
The husband of one of the two women finds the doctor/ con artist out in a forested area. He is massaging both his wife and the 2nd woman around their vaginal area and giving them orgasms (no "Female" nudity is seen). Another man is 5-10 feet away from the women and he is masturbating (totally nude) and when the husband confronts them the masturbating man lies and says he was massaging his colon.
The women become convinced later that the con artist doctor was taking advantage of them both. The husband and 1st woman leave the institution.
