Spenser: Ceremony (1993)

Shows two or more women in a strip club with bare breasts and brief costumes caressing their breasts while dancing. One prostitute shows her breasts on the street through an open car window to a prospective client before getting into his car.

Lots of other things inferred like underage prostitution, pornographic movies with underage girls, a girl who wants to stay with her very much older "pimp" who has her peform in the porn movies and with male clients because she feels he cares for her. No acts are shown, just talked about.
